New - Pick Order Scanning

Pick order scanning is a new feature in Ongoing Warehouse, and is used when picking multiple orders simultaneously (batch picking)

Ongoing Warehouse offers a set of standard-scanning flows developed to cover the most common requirements for scanning in- and outbound delivery of goods.

The scanning flows are easy to adjust to specific customer needs. Using a standard scanning is cost effective, since it requires less development time, and is fast to set up. Using standard scanning is a good way to create a standardized way of working with all your goods owners and to streamline the work flow. All scanning flows are based on a working method where you prepare the orders in Ongoing, then process the orders in the handset unit and possibly complete the orders in Ongoing.

Pick order scanning is a new feature in Ongoing Warehouse, and is used when picking multiple orders simultaneously (batch picking). Usually it is carried out by using a picking cart with several bins (totes, boxes or other containers) where each order is assigned to a specific bin. If you want to scan the bins instead of typing in the bin number, you should mark all bins on the cart with a barcode containing the bin number starting from 1.
